BIODYNAMIC NEUROMUSCULAR TECHNIQUE
Our body tends to make adaptations to correct any structural imbalance (trauma, energetic or emotional blockages, etc.) and thus be able to maintain the most effective posture possible. When a sustained tension arises over time, the body will begin to make compensations; little by little these compensations become adaptations that will be integrated into the body and will become permanent.
With the Biodynamic Neuromuscular Technique (BNT) we increase and exaggerate the tensions produced by compensations and in this way the central nervous system will make adjustments to correct these tensions and thus try to reorganize itself.
This technique is based on the perception of Primary Respiratory Mechanism (PRM). Each cell in the body, each tissue and each organ is expressed in two phases, an expansion phase and a contraction phase. This movement (PRM) can be perceived through palpation and "conscious listening."
From the biodynamic point of view, the fluids and tissues of the human system are organized as a unified tension field around a bioelectric matrix, the PRM expresses that bioelectric matrix in the form of a subtle movement.

Upon successful completion of the entire course, you will receive a Biodynamic Neuromuscular Technique Certificate. Attendance and satisfactory participation in all manual techniques are required to receive the certificate. At the beginning of the training, a manual illustrated with photographs is given.
